2. The current biggest dilemma:
Yang Wenge has repeatedly proposed to confront Pastor Gong Mingpeng about the truth, but Pastor Gong Mingpeng has refused to engage in dialogue.
His church has called the police to prevent dialogue and verification, and his organization has ignored requests for confrontation and verification.
3. Purpose of the Group
This group is not formed to engage in conflict, but to uncover the truth, promote communication and dialogue, resolve issues, and repair relationships.
Breaking the dilemma of refusing to confront and investigate the truth: In cases where relevant parties fail to respond, the investigation team will promote confrontation and verification, determine the facts, and identify those responsible.
Promoting resolution: By restoring the truth and clarifying responsibilities, we will ensure a fair resolution of the incident and repair relationships.
4. Zero Tolerance
Zero tolerance for obstruction of the investigation – We will directly expose and publicly disclose any intentional refusal to respond, to confront, to dialogue, or to verify the facts, and will specifically identify those responsible.
Zero tolerance for knowingly making mistakes but refusing to admit them – We will not tolerate cover-ups when the facts are clear.
Zero tolerance for knowingly causing damage but refusing to take responsibility – We will not allow any person or organization to continue to cover up any damage they know has caused serious harm.
5. Openness, Transparency, and Acceptance of Oversight
We will accept public oversight, make the investigation process, facts, and conclusions public, and publish periodic reports in an open and transparent manner.
6. What we hope for:
Everyone speaks the truth, engages in frank dialogue and communication with each other, reveals the truth, resolves issues, and moves forward together. 7. Scope of Investigation: Conflicts between Yang Wenge and Gong Mingpeng, their church and organization, and “church leaders.”
We believe that only by facing the truth can problems be truly resolved, justice restored, healing achieved, and reconciliation achieved. This is the original intention of the group and the direction of our efforts.
