To: Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism of Canada (CCCWE Canada)
My name is Yang Wenge. I am reporting serious issues regarding Pastor Gong Mingpeng,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of “CCCWE Canada”. He has wronged my family and
exploited his influence within the church to collude in lies and cover up the truth.
This letter has also been sent to other key members and co-workers of “CCCWE Canada”. I request that
“CCCWE Canada” conduct an open and impartial investigation into the facts, and hold those
responsible accountable and responsible.

II. My Requests
1. Investigate and Verify the Truth
An open and fair investigation and verification of the facts is needed, and the progress and
handling principles of the investigation will be communicated to the victim, “CCCWE Canada”,
relevant church pastors, and those concerned about this matter.
2. Face-to-Face Confrontation with Gong Mingpeng
Request “CCCWE Canada” arrange for me to have a face-to-face confrontation with Gong
Mingpeng. This is a crucial step in restoring the true facts of the incident, verifying the truth, and
exposing the lies.
(Over the past few years, I have repeatedly requested a face-to-face confrontation with Gong
Mingpeng, but he, his church, and his group have ignored my requests.)
3. If my accusations are false:
I am willing to publicly admit my mistakes and apologize to eliminate the negative impact.
4. If the accusations are true:
1) Please urge Pastor Gong to apologize to my family and take effective remedial measures to
eliminate the destructive impact he has caused.
2) If he refuses to repent, please immediately remove him from his position as Chairman of the
Board of Directors of the “CCCWE Canada”, and have the “CCCWE Canada” publicly
acknowledge his mistakes and apologize on his behalf, and remediate the destructive impact he
has caused.
III. “CCCWE Canada” has the responsibility to investigate and verify the facts:
1. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “CCCWE Canada”, Gong Mingpeng is the
primary person in charge of the organization.
What I have reported about him is an extremely serious matter. The attached document details
the events, causes, consequences, and timeline (15 pages), along with a joint letter from
multiple individuals calling for an investigation and verification of the facts.
“CCCWE Canada” should proactively assume the responsibility of verifying the facts and
investigating the veracity of my report, so as to determine whether Gong Mingpeng can continue
to serve as the principal leader of the “CCCWE Canada”—the Chairman of the Board.
2. Reasons of faith and conscience:
The egregious behavior I have reported against Gong Mingpeng seriously violates the bottom
line of human morality and conscience, and the devastating consequences are extremely
severe. He has destroyed the injustice suffered by my family and colluded with others to
suppress my family in destruction and injustice in order to cover up the truth.
Whether motivated by faith or conscience, the public will call for an investigation into the facts.
The person who has so violated the bottom line of morality and conscience (as I have accused
him of) is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “CCCWE Canada”. The “CCCWE
Canada” has an unshirkable responsibility to investigate and verify the facts.
3. The Requirement of God’s Word:
“Learn to do good, seek justice, rebuke the oppressor, defend the orphan, and plead for the
widow” (Standard Version). This is what God requires every Christian and evangelical
organization to do. As I have identified, the “oppressor” and “creator of injustice” is Gong
Mingpeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “CCCWE Canada”.
The “CCCWE Canada” must first investigate and verify the facts, act in accordance with
God’s Word, handle the matter impartially, and redress the oppressed.
IV. I do not want the following situation to occur within the “CCCWE Canada”.
1. In 2022:
I reported Gong Mingpeng to his church, the “West Toronto Chinese Bible Church”. The
church’s principals and co-workers colluded to lie, distort the truth, suppress me, and even
reported it to the police to prevent the truth from being revealed.
2. In 2023:
I delivered a written document detailing the events and a joint letter calling for an investigation
into the truth to several leaders of the “Toronto Chinese Evangelical Ministerial Fellowship-
(TCEMF)”. The “TCEMF” has yet to respond.
In 2024, at a spiritual retreat and evangelistic meeting in Toronto, they placed Gong Mingpeng
in prominent positions: as the pastor of the opening prayer and the final blessing prayer.
3. In 2024:
I called your “CCCWE Canada” twice, but they pushed me back to Gong Mingpeng’s church,
sending the issue into a dead end.
In 2025, however, your “CCCWE Canada” promoted Gong Mingpeng from vice president to
president. (I hope you won’t do this again this time.)
4. In 2025:
I wrote to over ten pastors in the “Toronto Chinese Bible Church”, providing written documents
detailing the events and a joint letter from multiple individuals calling for an investigation into the
truth. To date, there has been no response.
V. Special Emphasis
1. Gong Mingpeng is not taking the “right path” to resolve the issue:
The “right path” to resolve the issue is clear:
1) First: Gong Mingpeng must stop destroying my family, stop misleading and manipulating my
wife, eliminate the destructive impact, and admit his mistakes and apologize.
2) On this basis: neither he nor I. Whoever made a mistake should admit it and correct it; we
should be “honest” with each other and work together towards reconciliation.
However, Gong Mingpeng resolutely refused to follow this righteous path. Instead, he
oppressed my family in injustice and destruction to cover up the truth.
Gong Mingpeng must admit his mistakes and eliminate the destructive impact. This is basic
principle. Moreover, his problems and the damage he caused are extremely serious: he
destroyed a family’s injustice and oppressed that family in injustice and destruction to cover up
the truth.
However, Gong Mingpeng refused to admit his mistakes or eliminate the destructive impact.
Instead, he joined other pastors and elders to suppress me and distort the truth.
VI. I hope “CCCWE Canada”
You can respond to this matter with the “integrity, honesty, fairness, and conscience” that befits an evangelical organization and investigate and verify the facts.
If the accusations are true,Gong Mingpeng will be held accountable, the victims will be helped, and the church’s “healthy faith environment” will be restored.
