We can’t change the entire world all at once, but we can light Up a small area around us.
Light Up a small area can mean:
We can proactively tell our neighbors, “If you have something heavy that requires two people to lift, I’m willing to help.” This will make life easier for both.
When we see injustice happening around us, we don’t remain silent, but speak out courageously.
We reach out to others and, when they are afflicted by illness, use the authority God has given every Christian to heal the sick and cast out demons.
When those around us face hardship, we lend a hand, even if it’s just a little support or a comforting word.
We share the good news of our salvation and eternal life, along with what we understand, with our friends, family, and neighbors.
A little kindness from you can bring warmth to others; a moment of courage from you can inspire others to follow; a small ray of light from you can illuminate a dark place.
When these sparks come together, they can illuminate entire communities and environments, driving change in events and atmosphere.
