Victims’ Appeals and Accountability<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pastor Gong Mingpeng, along with some “church leaders,” and organizations, have done nothing but destructive harm to my family. They have also formed a “gangster-like” power through their connections, working together to cover up and suppress the situation, enslaving my family to injustice and destruction. This “gangster-like” destructive power must be broken to prevent others from being harmed further.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Pastor Gong Mingpeng:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Pastor Gong Mingpeng’s “evil” behavior:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He fully understood that he had perverted right and wrong, misled, and harmed people, yet he refused to admit his mistakes or correct them. He misled and manipulated my wife for years, allowing the destructive behavior to continue, ultimately completely destroying my family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He and my wife were at odds, so they collaborated in lies and cover-ups. Deliberately refusing to resolve the issue, he misled and manipulated, exerting counter-force, allowing disaster to “automatically” occur in my family, destroying it over and over again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To conceal the truth, he refused dialogue and refused to “confront” the facts. He also colluded with other “church leaders” and organizations to cover up the persecution, distorting right and wrong, and enslaving my family in injustice and destruction. His actions are “darker” than anyone else in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Requests and Accountability for Pastor Gong Mingpeng:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victim, Wenge Yang , demands an open “confrontation” with Pastor Gong Mingpeng regarding the facts, allowing the truth to be revealed and the lies to be exposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the victim’s testimony against Pastor Gong Mingpeng contains any inaccuracies, please point them out. The victim is willing to publicly admit his mistakes and apologize, and address the devastating impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Pastor Gong Mingpeng cannot point out any inaccuracies, meaning the victim’s testimony is true, Pastor Gong Mingpeng is requested to address the devastating impact on the victim’s family, requested to Eliminate the impact on the church and faith, and publicly admit his mistakes and apologize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If he continues to refuse to admit his mistakes and address the devastating impact, please resign from his pastorate immediately and stop harming others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Churches and organizations involved in the cover-up and suppression:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Including:  \u201cWest Toronto Chinese Bible Church\u201d\uff0c  \u201cToronto Chinese Evangelical Ministerial Fellowship- (TCEMF)\u201d, and “Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism of Canada (CCCWE Canada)”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) The “egregious” practices of these three churches and organizations: (Hereinafter, “these individuals” will represent these three churches and organizations)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Egregious practice one: Gong Mingpeng is the chairman of the board of directors of \u201cCCCWE Canada\u201d and a key member and speaker of the \u201cTCEMF\u201d. I asked them to investigate and verify the issues concerning their own individual, Gong Mingpeng, but these two organizations shirked responsibility, using the excuse that “it’s inconvenient to intervene in the affairs of other churches.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Egregious practice two: When my statements diametrically opposed Gong Mingpeng’s, these individuals refused to confront him, verify the facts, or distinguish truth from falsehood, but simply jumped to conclusions. On the one hand, they claimed, “Pastor Gong Mingpeng has no one to blame,” while on the other, they used legal language to intimidate and suppress me, the whistleblower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worst Offense Three: These people fully understood that their actions had at least a 50% chance of perverting right and wrong, further oppressing the victim’s family in injustice and destruction. Yet, they colluded to do so, completely deliberately committing evil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worst Offense Four: These people fully understood that their actions violated both the bottom line of human moral conscience and God’s word, and the consequences were extremely serious, oppressing a family in injustice and destruction. Yet, they continued to do this evil in the name of God’s church and organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worst Offense Five: These people committed what was “evil in the eyes of the Lord,” “distorting the cause of the poor and taking away justice from the afflicted” (Isaiah 10:2); they colluded to exploit the hardship and helplessness of my victimized family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Demands and Accountability for the Three Churches and Organizations (Part I):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We demand that they “first” publicly and thoroughly admit their mistakes and apologize for these despicable actions, and eliminate the destructive impact on my family, the church, and our faith. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accountability for the “leaders”: For such egregious and even evil practices, carried out in the name of God’s churches and organizations, who are the leaders of this entire process? They must clearly explain this. Those primarily responsible must immediately resign from their church positions, publicly admit their mistakes and apologize, and address the devastating impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Request to the three churches and organizations mentioned above (Part 2):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please instruct Pastor Gong Mingpeng to publicly confront the truth, allowing the truth to be revealed and the lies to be exposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please investigate and verify the facts, handle the matter openly and transparently, and inform the public of the process and results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given the past “egregious” practices of these three churches and organizations, please publicly commit: to no longer operate in secret, distort right and wrong, or lie or cover up the persecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the victim’s testimony is true, please instruct Pastor Gong Mingpeng to eliminate the devastating impact on the victim’s family, the church, and the faith, and publicly admit his mistakes and apologize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Pastor Gong Mingpeng still refuses to admit his mistakes and address the destructive impact, please ask each of the three churches and organizations to step forward, apologize on Pastor Gong Mingpeng’s behalf, and address the destructive impact he has caused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Special Emphasis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hope that you, the “church leaders” and organizations, will understand that facing such darkness and the “swampy atmosphere” within the church, thoroughly exposing and correcting your dark practices is a necessary, though unavoidable, move to prevent further harm and deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Churches, organizations, and leaders who have failed to respond or take action<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) General Director of the “<\/strong>Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April and May 2025, the victim, Wenge Yang , sent two emails to the General Director, reporting serious issues with Gong Mingpeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of their direct branch, \u201cCCCWE Canada\u201d. Attached were detailed facts and a joint letter from multiple individuals, calling for an investigation and verification of the facts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The above information was personally delivered to the General Secretary on June 1, 2025. He has an unavoidable responsibility to address this matter, but has yet to respond. The General Secretary is requested to provide a reason for his non-response. If there is no reasonable explanation, he is requested to publicly acknowledge and apologize for his “non-response, non-action, and avoidance of responsibility.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the one hand, the General Secretary speaks on stage about God’s love, God’s teachings, and the importance of family. On the other hand, he remains silent and inaction regarding the serious family destruction caused by important leaders within their organization, allowing the affected families to continue to suffer injustice and devastation. He is requested to publicly acknowledge and apologize for this inappropriate behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) \u201c<\/strong>Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism (CCCWE)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victim, Wenge Yang , sent two emails to the  \u201cChinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism (CCCWE)\u201d, reporting serious issues with Gong Mingpeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of their direct branch, \u201cCCCWE Canada\u201d. He also included detailed facts and a joint letter from multiple individuals, calling on them to investigate and verify the facts and take appropriate action. However, they have yet to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cCCCWE\u201d is requested to provide a reason for their non-response. If there is no reasonable explanation, they are requested to publicly acknowledge and apologize for their “non-response, non-action, and avoidance of responsibility.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are also requested to conduct an open and transparent investigation and accountability regarding the issues concerning Gong Mingpeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of their branch organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)  <\/strong>\u201c<\/strong>Chinese Christian Life Fellowship (CCLiFe )\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victim, Wenge Yang , called \u201cCCLiFe\u201d twice and sent two emails to report serious issues with Pastor Gong Mingpeng, a board member and longtime speaker. He also included detailed facts and a joint letter from several people, urging them to investigate, verify the facts, and take appropriate action. However, \u201cCCLiFe\u201d has yet to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please provide a reason for its non-response. If there is no reasonable explanation, please publicly acknowledge and apologize for its “inaction and avoidance of responsibility.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCCLiFe\u201d constantly reports and discusses issues involving external church members online, but has long remained silent and inactive regarding issues involving key internal leaders, acting as if nothing had happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please ask \u201cCCLiFe\u201d and its principals to answer: Is this approach “right”? Does it align with the Bible you frequently quote? Should you publicly acknowledge and apologize for this? We await your response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)  \u201c<\/strong>Canadian Campus Evangelical Fellowship\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cToronto Chinese Bible Church Pastoral Team”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victim Wenge Yang  has spoken with you the most frequently and emailed you the most frequently to raise concerns. Some of you have known about Pastor Gong Mingpeng’s misconduct and the serious damage it has caused for years, yet you have remained silent, unresponsive, and inaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please publicly acknowledge your mistakes and apologize. We await your response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Church leaders who participated in the cover-up and suppression and the distortion of right and wrong<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking dialogue with these individuals, hoping to resolve the issue within a small circle. You are welcome to join our “dialogue group.” If these individuals refuse dialogue, admit their mistakes, and address the destructive impact they have caused, we will resolutely expose and hold them accountable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special emphasis:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These “church leaders” and organizations should consider: “Telling the truth, not lying, not harming others, speaking with integrity and honesty, and not violating conscience”\u2014this isn’t just a high standard for “church leaders”; it’s the “minimum standard” for human beings, yet you are collectively violating it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Admit mistakes when you’re wrong, and undo damage when it’s caused”\u2014this is the most basic principle, yet you fail to follow it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our call:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Let us join hands, speak out courageously and demand accountability, reveal the truth, and thoroughly dismantle this “gangster”-like dark force within the Chinese church, restoring a “healthy faith environment” in the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
